Keynote Speaker: Dan Schlotfeldt, Superintendent of Snoqualmie Valley School District
For the past 30 years, Dan has been dedicated to serving the Snoqualmie Valley School District students, families, and staff. He began his career in education in 1994 as an elementary school teacher at Fall City Elementary and became the school's principal starting in 2004. After spending ten years as the building principal, Dan moved to district-level roles where he supported schools, teachers, students, and families. His positions included director of elementary education, executive director of teaching and learning, and assistant superintendent. In 2023, he was appointed superintendent. We look forward to Dan's keynote, where he will share insights from his extensive experience in early education and his passion for community, inspiring us all to help every child reach their own unique potential.

Honorary Chair: Nancy Whitaker, Former Executive Director of Encompass
We are delighted to welcome Nancy as the honorary chair of the Inspire Breakfast. Beloved for her long history of serving others in our community, Nancy has played a pivotal role in shaping Encompass into what it is today. For 22 years, she served in many capacities, including executive director, director of programs, parent, volunteer, and board member, and continues to be one of our strongest supporters. Her tireless leadership, advocacy, and determination have positively impacted countless children and families. After raising her family in the Snoqualmie Valley, Nancy continues to be a leader in our community, always prioritizing the needs of others.
